RBD Palm Oil is refined from Crude Palm Oil and can be fractionated into two main products, olein and stearin. Owing to its melting range, RBD Palm Oil will be solid at ambient temperature in most countries. It can be used for a range of food & non-food applications.

RBD Palm olein is the liquid fraction from fractionating RBD Palm Oil (IV 56 – 59, CP 10-6). It can be used directly or blended with other vegetable oils for a range of food applications. Owing to its high stability, it is highly suitable as a cooking oil, especially for frying (both deep and shallow).

Super Olein is RBD Palm Olein which has been further fractionated to reduce its melting point and increase its IV & clarity. IVs between 60 to 67 are available. This product is ideal for consumer packing in PET Bottles. Very suitable as a frying medium (both shallow and deep) and as a salad dressing. It can be blended with soft oils for other food applications.

RBD Palm stearin is the solid fraction from the fractionating Palm Oil. It can be blended with other vegetable oils to obtain functional products including Margarine fats, Shortenings and Vanaspati.
